Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will do everything within our capabilities to assess your complaint and provide you with either a refund or an exchange. However, If the customer does not collect the item from the scheduled delivery address (home address, local post office, customs office – whichever is applicable) after being given a notice of delivery, we hold the right not to exchange or refund the product.
We are not liable for the state or the quality of the product once the delivery service provider has delivered the item to the applicable delivery address.
The customer is notified of the available delivery options via an e-mail from us. If the item is to be delivered to the local customs office, customer must adhere to all communications conducted with the authorities regarding pick-up. Once the items are delivered to the customs office, we are no longer liable for any delays in hand-over nor the state of the product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
In order to be approved for a refund, you must provide adequate visual documentation (photographs) of the unsatisfactory products and send it to email@example.com along with your order reference number.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are damaged or if the plants are in visibly bad condition. If the customer does not collect the item from the scheduled delivery address (home address, local post office, customs office – whichever is applicable) after being given a notice of delivery, we hold the right not to exchange the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €70 ($75), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
